What is PhoolKalaa?
PhoolKalaa is a handcrafted floral art brand inspired by flowers, creativity, and the quiet beauty of slow living. We are beginning our journey with floral-scented candles and will grow into more handmade creations inspired by flowers and art.
What does PhoolKalaa mean?
Phool means flower, and Kalaa means art. Together, PhoolKalaa represents The Art of Flowers, our way of turning floral beauty into meaningful handcrafted creations.
What products does PhoolKalaa currently offer?
PhoolKalaa currently offers hand-poured floral candles in handcrafted concrete vessels. Each candle is made in small batches with care and designed to bring calm, beauty, and warmth into everyday spaces.
What fragrances are available?
Our first collection includes four floral fragrances: Lavender Calm, Astral Rose, Celestial Jasmine, and Cherry Blossom. Each fragrance is created for a different mood, from calm and comfort to warmth and freshness.
How do I choose the right fragrance?
Choose Lavender Calm for rest and slow evenings, Astral Rose for warmth and romantic spaces, Celestial Jasmine for comfort and peaceful moments, and Cherry Blossom for fresh, light, joyful spaces. You can also visit our Fragrance Guide for help choosing.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes. PhoolKalaa candles are hand-poured in small batches, and the concrete vessels are individually handcrafted. Slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are part of their handmade beauty.
What sizes are available?
Each fragrance is available in four sizes and jar styles: 50g, 150g, 200g, and 250g. You can choose the size and jar style that best suits your space, mood, or gifting need.
Why does each jar look slightly different?
Every concrete vessel is handcrafted, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Small differences in texture, colour, and finish make each PhoolKalaa piece unique.
Candle Care & Jar Reuse
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, place the candle on a stable heat-safe surface, and allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn. Always keep a burning candle within sight.
How long should I burn my candle?
Avoid burning your candle for more than 3-4 hours at once. Let it burn long enough for the top layer of wax to melt evenly, then extinguish it safely and allow it to cool before relighting.
When should I stop using the candle?
Stop using the candle when a small layer of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. This helps protect the jar and the surface below.
Can I reuse the jar after the candle is finished?
Yes. Once the candle has finished its journey, the concrete vessel can be cleaned gently and reused as a small planter, dried flower vase, desk organiser, brush holder, or keepsake jar.
Can I use the jar for food or drinks?
No. Our concrete vessels are designed for decorative reuse only. Please avoid using them for food, drinks, or direct heat after the candle has finished.

Yes. PhoolKalaa candles are designed to feel thoughtful, beautiful, and personal, making them suitable for birthdays, housewarmings, festive moments, thank-you gifts, and simple gestures of love.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timelines will depend on your location and will be shown during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Since our creations are made and packed with care, we recommend placing your order in advance for gifting occasions.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and help you as per our store policy.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the policy before placing your order, especially for handmade products.
