At PhoolKalaa, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. While we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries.
You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by sharing the reason with us.
For prepaid orders, refund is credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after processing (depending on the bank/provider).
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll inspect the case and offer a:
• Replacement product, or
• Refund or store credit, depending on availability
Exchange / Replacement Policy
You must raise an exchange/replacement request for a product within 48 hours of its delivery with a video of the unboxing.
Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Replacement dispatched within 2–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Eligibility criteria
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• If the product gets damaged in transit (damages can be caused in transit but are usually very unlikely as the products and packaging are developed to withstand transit)
• An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance sale or discounted items
• Free promotional items or specific gifting combos
• Wholesale orders (once dispatched)

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
• Refunds are issued via your original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, etc.).
• Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for retail orders.
