All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either replace it with a similar variant or inform you of a delayed dispatch until the item becomes available.
Delivery Location And Timeline
We ship across most pin codes in India, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of your orders to a wide range of locations.
All products are handmade and that is why the orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving it and it will be delivered within 6-8 business days post-dispatch.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays or days that the company is not operational on due to natural calamity, weather conditions elsewise.
Timelines may vary during festive seasons or high-demand periods.
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied.
Additional charges may apply on bulk items.
All fees are displayed clearly before payment.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or maximum up to 48 hours from the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on phoolkalaaofficial@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91 8121555883. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
